    Contact us with the details and we will see what we can do. Fully custom kits will have minimum order requirements and may incur additional design fees.
  • Where are the products made?
    All products sold by SanaLoma Laser, LLC are designed and produced in Georgetown, Texas.
  • Do you have a store front?
    No. This is a home-based business.
  • Where are the kits made?
    All kits are cut and packaged in Georgetown Texas.
  • Who designs the kits?
    The majority of kits are exclusively the design of SanaLoma Laser, LLC. We do not sell the patterns.
  • Can I get a personalized kit?
    Yes, if you contact us via email we will work with you to add names, logos, or other personalization.
  • What is the age the kits are appropriate for?
    The kits are designed for people aged 12 and older. Although some kits are easier to assemble than others, the kits are considered models (not toys) and they contain small parts and should not be given to anyone 3 years or younger or anyone that cannot handle them safely.
  • What is the difficulty level of the kits.
    The product description page in the Additional Information section has difficulty levels listed. Below is a brief description of each level. Beginner - These kits will be the easiest and will usually take less than 1 hour to assemble Easy - These kits are easy but have a little different instruction set then the beginner category. Assembly time for these are usually around 1 hour. Medium - These kits are a little more of a challenge and will take around 1 to 2 hours to assemble. Hard - These kits will be tricky at times and will usually take 2 to 4 hours to assemble. Expert - These kits will be a challenge and can be frustrating at times (Sorry!). Assembly time will usually take longer than 4 hours. The kits are designed for people aged 12 and older. Although some kits are easier to assemble than others, the kits are considered models (not toys) and they contain small parts and should not be given to anyone that cannot handle them appropriately.   • Can I buy a kit already assembled?
    Where's the fun in that? All models are sold in kit form and will come with instructions, glue and sand paper. However if you need a model already assembled please contact us via email and we will see if something can be worked out.
  • What is included in the kit?
    Each kit contains the pieces needed as well as instructions, glue and sandpaper. There is also a link provided to the instructions on the product description page in the Additional Information section. The instructions contain pictures of a completed model. The glue provided is a standard white school glue. Most kits do not need the sandpaper, however, this is wood so it is included in case there are some tight fitting or rough spots.
  • What material is used in the kits?
    Currently the kits are made from 1/8” (3mm) MDF (medium density fiberboard). Some kits will contain additional material types like wooden dowel rods.
  • How do you assemble the kits?
    All the wood is laser cut with slots and notches to assist in alignment then held together with glue. There are instructions included with each kit. You can view the assembly instruction on each of the individual product pages in the Additional Information section.
  • What if there are broken or missing pieces?
    If you find a broken or missing piece, please contact us with the details via email.
  • How long does it take to make a set?
    Each set takes around 1-2 hours of active labor. It takes roughly half an hour to mix the resin, add colorants, other additives, and to pour them into the molds. The molds are put into a pressure pot to cure for 24 hours. Once cured, it takes around an hour and a half to demold them, polish, and ink.
  • Do you use a pressure pot?
    Yes – the dice are cured in a pressure pot for 24 hours.
  • Are the dice balanced?
    Being handmade balance cannot be guaranteed, use at your own risk. We do not test for balance.
  • Where do you get your molds?
    All of our molds are made in-house, using custom-made masters modeled by us.
  • Do you sell your molds?
    Not at this time.
  • What type of resin do you use?
    Resin used can vary, we typically use epoxy resins.
  • What type of colorants do you use?
    Colorants vary depending on dice set, we use a variety of methods, most often mica powders, alcohol ink, or even small amounts of acrylic paint. Colors used in a specific set are noted in the product description.
  • Do you do custom dice orders?
    Yes, contact us with the details (desired colors, foils, etc.) We are not currently offering custom fonts.
  • Where are the dice made?
    All dice and their included box are made in Georgetown, Texas.
  • Are the dice part of SanaLoma Laser, LLC?
    Yes – the dice are made by Myrianni Art, which is a division of SanaLoma Laser, LLC and is run out of the same location.
  • Why do my dice look slightly different?
    Due to differences in monitors the colors may appear different in person. In addition, being handmade, each dice set is unique, and will vary in appearance.
  • What locations do you ship to?
    We currently ship to the lower 48 contiguous US states.
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination, once they leave our location.
  • How long will it take for the order to ship?
    Since we cut or engrave your items after the order is received, it typically takes 3-5 business days to be ready for shipping. We try to keep material for every item in stock to assure that your order arrives quickly. If the material for your item is out of stock at the time of the order, an email will be sent to you to let you know that the material is on back order and when it is due in. You can also check the status of your order from your email confirmation. If you haven't received a confirmation email be sure to check spam/junk folders.
  • How much will shipping be?
    Currently shipping is charged on a flat fee of $10 per order.
  • Do you offer store pickup for orders?
    If you would like local Georgetown Texas pickup please select the Store Pickup option for shipping, then send us a message using our Contact Us page. You must contact us for a local pickup time. Our location is NOT open to the public.
  • What is your Return policy?
    We handle our products with pride and care; however, if you are not happy with your order or gift please contact us within 14 days. If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately. We do not accept returns on items that were worn or damaged due to improper handling. Return shipping is not refundable and is the responsibility of the sender.
